Coomtech SMR reduces the energy used in traditional thermal drying processes by up to 75%, the emissions of CO2 by up to 75% lowering process costs overall. Our business model is to sell the capital plant with a contracted Service and Support fee based upon plant capacity usually running over a period of ten years creating an attractive annuity stream.
We have just commenced supply of our first plant to Australia integrating in to a hydrogen production project and are pursuing European and USA based business in the recycling of waste materials and minerals in to the cement industry as well as commencing a licensed co-development of the technology for the Pharma industry. We are currently seeking to complete an A-Round early in 2021 and have investment memorandum and diligence packages available for review. We would like to welcome US investors as well as European participants to the round reflecting the business we believe we can be doing in the USA in the next 5 years.
