Jared Oakes is a Partner in the Cleveland office Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP. He is also the President and Managing Director of a real estate consulting firm, Kaleidoscope Development Advisors, which assists clients in connection with projects focused on the use of real estate to improve health outcomes in America. He regularly represents REITs, institutional investors, lenders, private equity funds and other public and private investors, developers and owners of commercial real estate. This work includes counseling clients in the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, joint ventures, leasing, development, corporate facilities management, asset management, commercial lending and debt restructuring.
Jared is the former Chair of the Cleveland District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and he serves on ULI’s national advisory board for its Building Healthy Places Initiative. He has a B.A. from Mercyhurst University, and an M.B.A. and J.D. from Case Western Reserve University.
